The hotel is one of the best 5star’s I have ever been in. They have multiple swimming pools, spa , the View of the sea and hills is perfect combo. Food is excellent. Staff is brilliant and helpful. Speak fluent English. If you want peace and quiet- this is the place.

10/10 stay, pools were amazing and balcony room

Gorgeous hotel, looks brand new. Multiple pools so there’s a place for families who have children and then an adult pool. Nice bar outside which serves cocktails. Room was clean and modern, nice sea view. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with bookings and recommendations. Sometimes bathrooms of a hotel this size are outdated but this was modern and looked recently refurbished. It is about €10 taxi for a trip in to town. The breakfast was superb, 5* in such an idyllic setting.

Very very nice .

I'm speechless. Breakfast, parking, system, and staff are all perfect. The downside is that it will be reborn as the best hotel if only the signs and city shuttles are operated. Thanks EUROSTAR sitges.

The Pool 🏊 area still in the same bad shape as a few years ago. The tiles need to be replaced from missing pieces or broken pieces. The staff was great and friendly.

Let me first start with the staff, which is great, so nice and friendly! The room is nice, with a good bed, would say it’s more like 4 stars, but it’s omgood. The bathroon needs renovating. The sealants are yellow and on some places black and the water pressure is really low. I would make the fountain a little smaller, remove the foot shower and make a seperate bath and shower. The lunch options (near the pool but also in general) are far too limited and don’t live up to a 5 star hotel. For example no club sandwich or chicken burger. Please have a look at other restaurants there menu. The view is great, the pools are really nice and the beds near the pool also very good. One last point of critics. Paying for the spa (just the use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi) at a 5 star hotel is not okay.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Stayed here for one night as part of a road trip round Catalonia. Unfortunately, this was the poorest hotel of the entire trip. Incredibly complicated layout to the hotel (there should really be someone to show you to your room) because it was actually very complicated to find the room! Facilities were poor. Shower was cold, tv didn’t work and poolside staff were completely unhelpful. The hotel is quite isolated and the pool bar was very pricey. I rarely leave negative reviews and the other hotels I have stayed in have all had positive reviews but unfortunately I would not stay here again and I really would not recommend it.
