Desyre was amazing! The staff in general was nice, but Desyre made the visit feel like home. Great choice- not in the crowded areas, but not far from the fun.

The entire service staff were fabulous. The only disappointment the hotel didn’t let us beware that the A/C does not operate at the time of our booking.

This place was awesome. My wife and I had a last minute flight change and booked this hotel before boarding on an international flight from the US to Barcelona. We got to the hotel a few hours before check in but the staff was very accommodating and were able to get us into our hotel room rather quickly as we ate breakfast. Front of staff, the breakfast people, everyone was so hospitable. 10/10 as far as experience. Our only issue was that it’s a bit removed from the downtown area (where all the fun is at) so it was a bit of a hassle at times to get around.

Refurbished hotel but poor service

Hotel has recently been refurbished and looks good and rooms have been refreshed with a good shower area. The beds are poor rock solid and not a great sleep. Biggest disappointment is pool closed when 20 degrees and the staff are not very friendly. Rude in the morning at breakfast demanding room numbers, slow service and at the bar with stressed staff trying to serve drinks and make food.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Nice clean washroom/ shower. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. Over all way better than what I was expecting and I would go back to that hotel if I go to Barcelona.
