"It was a cool place to stay, but the place is old and looks like it. That’s not necessarily bad, just cracks in paint here and there. Parking is a huge problem if you don’t want to ride a tram. Which, all the drivers were very friendly."

"The luggage cart had all pet hair on it. The room had a bad odor like cat pee. We called FD she said she can't change a room or refund and there is no maintenance either so she came herself and gave us air freshener . Our bedside lights weren't working either, we called to fix it and remind them ..."
