"Terrible! Paid for a week and walked in 3 different rooms then left and never returned!!"

"While the linens and towels were spotless, the property was not. The bathroom floor has broken tiles sharp enough to cut your foot. Toilet and paper holder were rusty. Ice machine broken and wooden cabana around ice machine falling apart. TV remote only works when standing 1 foot away from the TV. Couch in the room was in poor shape and seemed dirty. I would definitely not want to sit on it let alone pull out the bed. Platform bed and mattress were hard as a rock and left me with back pain. I will definitely not return to this location for another stay."

"Great location and owners were easy to contact. The cookware definitely needs to be upgraded. Teflon scratching off of most of it a number of the cabinet doors, etc. need repainting shows wear front door lock is a mess needs to be redone.Bathrooms are pretty tinyI pulled the air filter look like it had not been changed in probably a year I replaced it"

"***DO NOT STAY HERE**** I have stayed here multiple times and it has been wonderful.... This past weekend was horrendous. The first room we were put in, housekeeping told me he didn't clean it but the front desk guy argued with me and said it was clean. When I said it wasn't his response was what's your definition of clean!!! There was mold in the shower and towels on the floor gross hair all on the toilet. We did get moved but it wasn't any better mold on the ceiling and in the shower still and the floor hadnt been swept or mopped in who knows how long. He also knew the TV was broken and maintenance told us he had told them to not put a new one in there. The service was by far the worst the front desk GM was a complete jerk and has no business being in customer service, and one of the guys on duty was so high he didn't even know what was going on."

"Everything was as pictured and more! They had everything you needed. The kitchen was stocked with anything you could possibly need. ALL the TVs were smart TVs, and the wifi was amazing. My oldest brought his gaming setup and had no connection issues. The view from the master bedroom and the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooked the pool. Communication with the host was amazing as well. They got back to me almost instantly. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We got to Florida a little early and asked about early check in- sent messages and called. No answer until 4 hours later. We got to the condo at our regular time and were given instructions for the "key" in a lockbox. Open the lockbox, no key. The door locks are coded now. Not a huge deal but the instructions were incorrect and we thought we didn't have a key to get in. The code in the message from the owner was one code, then you scroll down and it's a different code. Super confusing and not clear at all. The listing says "walk to the beach steps from the condo." Well that's not accurate anymore. Whoever bought the property has put a fence up behind the entire area. We had to walk 2 blocks for beach access. Again, fine for walking, but this is not what the property claimed we would be getting. The property was fine. Very dated inside, the coach had cushions under the cushions for support since it had clearly seen better days. We got 2 small trash bags for the entire week we were there for a family of 5. We ended up getting our own. We had a great time, just maybe a littl misled by the description and instructions given by the owner."

"Our condo and stay was Amazing! It was exactly how it was listed and absolutely beautifulBeach view! The host Jeff answered any questions we had and made sure the condo has all the amenities needed to enjoy our stay. The condo was relaxing as well as the pool and really enjoyed the private beach area. My husband and I were there for 7 days to celebrate our 15 year anniversary trip and we will definitely be back. Everything was great and I highly recommend staying here. We hated to have to leave today."
