"I hate the fact that I didn’t get my refund back since I had to leave a day early! I was told over the phone prior to coming that we had football camp well my husband did for high school referees and that camp was on that Saturday the 8th so that we checked out Friday but was told since I booked with Expedia that I wouldn’t be refunded"

"Pros: The clean rooms, fresh towels, very comfortable beds, hotel staff was courteous and pleasant, beach was close by and clean most amenities were pretty good. Overall great place to take your family. Cons: breakfast wasn’t that good and lack variety. The eggs were extremely wet and tasted like egg beaters not real, the bacon and sausage was way too salty and the overall quality needs to be improved because i see lots of people leave the lids open and kids coughing into or around the food. Pancakes were tasteless, store prices were ridiculous i paid $16 for 2 bottles of smart water that i could get at the gas station for $5. Segars restaurant (although nice and eloquent) the prices were outrageous for the smallest 6oz steak it was almost $75 no value options and they charge you for sides individually which was higher than Ruth Chris steakhouse. The price for wings was also ridiculous ordering from the seaside lounge and bar. $12 for 6 wings/ $20 for 10. I hope Hilton adds an all inclusive option next time along with a full minibar for the prices we are paying."

"We stayed in osprey point Sandestin which is a 3 room villa. Love the location. Sandestin has a lot of amenities. Despite Osprey point is not a beach front property, it is still accessible thru tram and just 3 mins drive to the beach area. Parking is free. The rooms are clean. The staffs are friendly. The property is well secured as only quest/property owners can enter thru a security checkpoint. I will surely come back to this place and will recommend Sandestin to anyone that needs a relaxing vacation."

"It is our fist time trying VRBO, and also going to the beach too! We loved our vacation and we can’t get over every single moment of it! The property location was excellent, with plenty of parking. Easy and private access to the beach, along with the 2 chairs and umbrella set up made our day very relaxing and enjoyable! There are also alot of shopping and restaurants around, which is so convenient!We are already talking about coming back!"

"The property was well kept and nice . We had 7 people and 6 pillows so it took a day to get another pillow . The pool opens at 9 and it was always 905 before opening with people waiting. But overall it was a nice property . Parking was sometimes hard to find if you had a van or suv couldn’t park below because it was low ."
