"Kind of a shady area to stay. Staff was amazing but shower door was missing handle and it was stuck when trying to open or close. Light over mirror and desk was burnt out. Copy paper of sign for main lobby restroom taped to wall and had to ask for key to use which was attached to a fly swatter😂. Did not use pool or hot tub as they definitely did not look good. Oh and fridge in room, the freezer area was built up with ice. But it was a good price since we needed to be in town for 3 days and within walking distance of state track meet at howard wood relays facility."

"Dislike that we had zero hot water night of arrival n also the next morning. None whatsoever. Ice cold showers. When we told hotel staff they said yes we know sorry. That’s it period. No warning n pre apology. Nothing. Never ever recommend this Sheraton Sorry. But it was very unpleasant. Dirty carpets n drapes."

"I had to leave at least a one star in order to write a review. The hotel says check in as 4:00p that is not the case. We didn't get into our room till almost 6:00p and the card readers went down and they said they would prop the door open till they came back up. Not the case.. They told me to call and talk to the GM the next day and let her know about my experience. She didn't want to hear it. It's a place that wants to continue to decline. If you want a pet for your lizard check under the mattress or the casino. They have a large selection of bugs."

"I'm not sure why this hotel has an Excellent rating. Aside from being in a central location in Sioux Falls, I didn't think there was anything remarkable about it. My room was basic, relatively well-maintained and cleaned (there was a faint aroma of weed in the air), but there was nothing excellent about it. I was in town for less than 24 hours, so the room worked but if I were staying longer, I recommend selecting a different property."

"This property was terrible. Bed sheets had stains. Bathroom was disgusting. Stains on the wall, chair, and curtains. Smelled musty. Pillows were lumps the size of a throw pillow. We could not stay there. The sign said newly remodeled. The only new thing I seen in this property were the vending machines in the lobby. The pictures on this website have to be AI enhanced. The property was nowhere near the quality depicted. We couldn't get out of there fast enough! I had to contact Expedia today (Monday) for the refund as the manager had told me there would be no charge on Saturday when we left a few minutes after we "checked in". The agent had to call the property to authorize the refund."

"The front desk person was not helpful and didn’t say a word to us. It was 1am but some acknowledgement would’ve been nice. The beds were fine, the pillows were really thick. Bathroom was nice. Continental breakfast options were an apple, Orange or bagel. If you wanted something else you had to pay for it. It was attached to the airport which was nice."
