The lasts guests' leftovers were in the refrigerator. The refrigerator froze anything put into it. There was only 1 plug in on each side of the bed which made it difficult to plug in multiple things that needed charging. The bathroom floor was not clean- hair in corners. The room was dimly lit including the vanity area which made getting ready difficult. The room was laid out well & the bed was very comfortable.

The tile repair in the bathroom looks tacky and the inner shower curtain liner needs to be changed. It was dirty and yellowing. It would be helpful to have a mirror somewhere in the main area of the room instead of just in the bathroom.

I stay at this hotel every time I visit Sioux Falls. The location the staff the overall hotel is great. This time my room smelt like dirty feet and the bathroom was quite dirty. Hairs in the shower etc. the shower had no mat in it and the cover to the drain kept slipping off and the drain was super dirty. A bit of a turn off. Overall, I will continue to stay here. I just hope they get better cleaning staff. The front desk people are always amazing!!

Room looks nice.... no toilet paper or kleenex, no bath towels, no bedding, no ice bucket only a lid for one, staff said he would bring me items...... took forever. A refund would be greatly appreciated!

The room and property was excellent. The only problem that I had was that Hotels.com had the room listed as having a sofa bed when in fact no double queen rooms have a sofa bed.

The desk clerk was so kind and welcoming. The shuttle driver provided me a ride to the airport without any problems or delays. The breakfast/Starbucks in the lobby was delicious and easy. The room was so spacious with both a fridge and microwave and lots of closet space. It was so close to the mall and the restaurants. The room rate was much better than others nearby.

Perfect room

We came to Sioux Falls the night before a big day in the city. The room was perfect and clean. The staff was excellent and very courteous! I couldn’t ask for anything more!
