We enjoyed our stay here. This is our 2nd time staying here and the main reason is their pool area. Our 8 year old grandson just loves the pool and waterslide! We love the breakfast! Our room was nice and comfortable.

A 7 story building with only one semi-working elevator is criminal. The second elevator was broken the last time we stayed here over a year ago and is still out of order. My kids love coming here for the pool but I will be calling the property to see if the elevators are working before we book our next stay.

The hotel was clean and quiet, but I think there is something they should improve regarding the pool area. All of the kids’ water features were turned off, including the ground jets and the mushroom fountain, and there were no towels available at the pool. I understand that there were very few guests and that it may have been the off-season, but I don’t think these services should be reduced because of that. The guests who are staying are still paying the full price, so the amenities should be fully available whether the hotel has only a few guests or is completely full. I think this is something the hotel should take into consideration, especially since these water features are an important part of the pool area for families with children.

Location was not bad. Kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and slides. Suite was spacious but lighting was horrible in room- bathroom especially. Thought having 2 sinks- one outside the bathroom- was a good idea! Breakfast was pretty decent. Staff did a great job taking care of us during bad weather.
