Plenty of restaurants, bars, breweries within walking distance. Walked to the Falls Park. Shuttle to Denny Sanford stadium for a concert, walked back so we didn’t have to wait for another shuttle(less than 2 miles). Would definitely stay again!

What a pleasant surprise, this hotel stay was a delight! Love the history of this quaint boutique hotel. When in Sioux Falls - Hotel on Phillips is a must! Very happy customer!

I loved my stay at Hotel Philips. The room was clean and tidy. The hotel is situated in the downtown close to restaurants as Ms coffee shops.

We are so happily surprised by our gorgeous king suite. The artwork in there was amazing. I love the lamp. I love the Miral. The mattress was incredibly comfortable. The shower was spacious. Water was hot. The entire room was incredibly clean and comfortable. On check out, we met the manager Phil and he was absolutely, the best. He solved the problem that I had with payment for me and gave us some suggestions. Heading towards Denver. Just a super nice guy.

The hotel was well-situated in the - in the heart of the city - and the property was beautifully maintained and spotless. Our room was extremely functional and well appointed. The jewel in the crown, however, was the people who worked there - helpful, accommodating and kind. They go out of their way to help! We had a great one week stay!

Fantastic posh little hotel. Was disappointed that there was no pool (miscommunication with Google) but the rainfall showerhead mostly made up for it. So great for cleaning off a day.

Nice hotel! The front lobby personnel could have been more inviting. The Treasury bar on the premises was ok. We felt our waiter was not too friendly. Coffee shop at the hotel was great! Everything in walking distance.
