"Romulo was extra helpful and helped me with shuttle to airport on last day. Old building with updated amenities with original grandeur. Decent location to central Sintra. Assess is easy and quick with Uber. Otherwise, it takes a good stroll on hilly terrains. Breakfast is good and basic to fuel our activities"

If this property were advertised as a 3-star hotel, it would be alright . However, claiming to be a 5-star establishment is a joke, and I will not be returning. "An absolutely beautiful resort with great facilities and amenities. The resort is set a little bit away from Caiscais City Centre. It's an easy Bolt ride to and from town. The rooms are extremely spacious. We ate at both restaurants on the property. The sushi restaurant is high-end in is probably the best sushi we've ever had. The glass Is there other restaurant and the wine selection and staff in that restaurant is just absolutely spectacular. "
