"The exit signs are ridiculously confusing in the hallways. Almost missed my flight! Staff at from counter could not resolve my problem with the charge for my visit on 5/16 that I was not able to make due to flight overbooking. They never responded. I stayed 5/24 to 5/25. He did not, and has not followed up. VERY unprofessional."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and air-conditioned with a most welcome fridge and kettle/tea/coffee. Breakfast buffet was excellent and served until 10am. There was an outdoor pool, but we didn't use it. Only a few minutes walk to the underground station at City Hall. Paid for a late check-out (6pm), which was perfect for a late flight home."
