"The staff is amazing. The housekeeping was on top of it. Remember this hotel was built 99 years ago. It has that old hotel charm. Some things need to be overlooked to enjoy it. The pool is amazing. The breakfast was great. The restaurant by the pool was not so good. I had a club sandwich. Not the best be it is only one meal in my life. "

It is a classic hotel; it is not new, but it preserves wonderful details of the city’s colonial architecture, which makes it very special. The attention provided by the front desk staff is exceptional. Thank you to Rosita, Eilín, and Laura, as they offer truly excellent customer service. Likewise, the kitchen and restaurant staff deserve great recognition. I invite everyone to visit this hotel and experience the quality of the service for themselves. It is a small hotel, but very cozy. I highly recommend it."
