Hotel Estelar En Alto Prado
5/5 Excellent
"Overall, I had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming, and self-parking was straightforward and convenient for visitors. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectation. It was plentiful, fresh, and well-organized. The hotel was clean and had a generally safe atmosphere.
That said, I did have two concerns. One day, my room key stopped working, and when I went to the front desk to get it reactivated, the staff member did so without verifying my name or asking for ID. As a woman, that made me feel uneasy as security should always be a priority, and I believe more caution should be taken when granting room access.
Additionally, the walls seemed a bit thin, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms. While that may be expected in a large hotel, it’s still something to be aware of.
Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, but there’s definitely room for improvement when it comes to safety and soundproofing."
