The rooms/bathrooms are a bit outdated. Breakfast was great. Front doors were always open so anyone could walk around hotel even if they weren’t a guest. Overall, For the price and location, I would stay again.

I rented a suite hoping and expecting to get the best they had. Well, TV didn't display any color which I am sure they knew about!! shower water strength was poor, toilet leaked . This place used to be one of the best in bquilla but it seems that they only want to squeeze as much money out of it as possible, without re-investing any back! Only great thing about this place is it's location and both the security and the reception staff. Can;t beat the location.

Hotel was decent and located near lots of shopping. The room was spacious and great, but i found the shower slippery so had to be careful. The staff and service was excellent and very responsive and helpful. The pool was pretty. I found that the lobby & pool restrooms were less clean. The stainless walls had fingerprints, and so did the elevator walls. Some places looked dirty. Other places were well kept and clean. I noticed many stairs and no ramps.

I didn't have the breakfast because I was not enamored with the variety or the breakfast that they had so I just skipped it. They put me in a room that was an afterthought because again when I paid for a suite they initially try to give me a regular room which means something is wrong with the reception because this is the second time I order one type of large room but they tried to put me in a small room. I've noticed that I've had this problem with each visit. I specifically asked for a room with a bathtub which their website says they have but they gave that room to someone else so my experience was bad when it comes to the reception and the type of rooms they've been giving me. Each time they had to send somebody to put things in the room that wasn't there and the room was in poor condition. It was obvious that they put me in a spot that was an afterthought once I told them that they need to correct the mistake from putting me in a regular room when I paid for a suite. Housekeeping and the porters were good and friendly. It's sad that they have to bear the brunt of a bad review because of the service of the reception. I did not know why the reception keeps putting me in regular rooms instead of the sweet that I paid for and reserved.

Should be rating themselves 2 stars, despite having three!! Taps to use in the shower , all were cold water. The air conditioning is ancient and only blows air, it does not cool the room. Rooms basic with old furniture and no fridge. Despite my partner going out with friends and me staying in the room alone one evening. I was harassed by security asking how many people were in my room (I was alone). Breakfast not exciting. They serve pink meat that looks like dog food. The highlight was the pool which we took use of with friends who we were visiting in Barranquilla.
