The room was large and comfortable and the staff members were courteous and accommodating. Breakfast was great and delicious but not as many choices as in my previous stay over 2 years ago. The music on Friday night until past 2 am was uncomfortable and loud.

I love this place because it has a special place in my heart. However, the last time I stayed at this hotel my experience was very bad. The hotel is nice and the staff is incredible. But, they rent the big room and pool for events and this destroys the customers experience since these parties last after midnight, so you might not get rest as you need.

The pool has a 2 rung ladder to get out. Almost impossible is you are older or have mobility issues. Would Not let us book in before 3 at all. They let me park my car. Clean, helpful staff. The room we booked with a big bed was changed for 2 doubles. Hotel clean, pretty good food. Good location. I would stay here again.

Room with no windows.... literally

Tried to give us a room with a stained comforter. When we asked to have it fixed, they switched us to a room with no window. NO WINDOW! Is that legal? Super weird. Otherwise, the beds were comfortable. No water in the rooms either

I hated the fact that they did not have lounge chairs in the pool. Leak in the bathroom sink, tv didn’t work and took them 4 days to bring us one. No coffee pot in the room. The ironing board was unusable and would fall constantly. No cups or anything in the bathroom. No amenities like a massage spa or nothing. This hotel was horriccific. Even there sheets smelled.

The bathroom was very small. The toilet did not have enough room for a person to seat and use it. It was wedged in between the shower glass and the countertop of the hand washing bowl. No room to reach the toilet paper. Too many mosquitoes. Windows in the room did not have a soundproof to prevent the loud music coming from the night clubs operating from the nearby streets.

This is a terrible hotel. They lie to you before you arrive to tell you anything to get you to stay here. The hotel is old and rundown. The rooms are in need of many repairs. The front desk girl.Yanes lies and manager is of no use. She said we could change guest during this day when we called and asked about it and then when we arrived, they said no that is not the policy and they do not permit you to pay additional fee to add additional people to your reservation. The hotel is terrible and I don't recommend to anyone. The mosquitoes are so bad throughout the hotel that they pick you up and carry you away if you are not careful. They have a few good employees like the bell boy and the security guard but other than that everything else is terrible. It took 30 minutes to get a sandwich made when there's no guest in the restaurant. And look at the photo of the presentation. A club sandwich thrown onto a plate. The bread was hard. Just terrible. The only good thing was the beer was very cold. I will never ever recommend this hotel and I will never ever stay at this hotel again. I spoke with the manager several times, and to no avail. I hope I can get my full refund from hotels.com. and hotels.com. Should be ashamed to have a place like this on their website . There are so many hotels nearby, so do not be fooled by this one. The photos they present are not accurate or up-to-date. And check out takes 20 minutes because they use a handheld calculator to add up two items from minibar
