The propety was rated "exceptional", but it has many things that it does not meet that rate. We request toiletry and it was not avaliable, neither facial towels to uuse inthe shower. Definitely this propety is not exceptional.

Very helpful staff. They were training a new crew - even with that - service was great. Their whirlpool on the roof was low on water resulting in challenges with people wanting to cool off in the sun. They need to pay more attention to the pool and workout rooms.
