Check in took a little longer than expected but passing staff member helped entertain the kids which was nice, after a 14hr flight! "Fantastic hotel situated in an ideal location - 5-6 mins away from 2 MTR stations. Staff were professional and helpful. 1 room (of 2) initially wasn't ready on time, but they made an extra effort to keep us informed whilst we waited. Hotel bathroom was a little tired, but everything else was in good condition. High standards maintained - will stay here again. "
