"Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Santa Cruz Scotts Valley was excellent! The staff really stood out — everyone we interacted with was welcoming, friendly, and genuinely helpful from check-in to check-out. You can tell they take pride in their work and in creating a positive experience for guests. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel made our stay feel relaxing and stress-free. The only small challenge was the shower design. The open door style looks modern, but it caused water to splash onto the bathroom floor. Not a big issue, but worth mentioning in case it can be improved. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The great staff and clean, comfortable rooms made it a very pleasant experience!"
