"Convenient for our travel plans. Room was big, nice setup. Unfortunately there was hair around the shower and toilet, I didn’t make a big deal but that stuck with me.. the linens and rooms looked and smelled clean. Pool is small, they say heated but doesn’t feel like it, it’s near the trees and bushes and had debris and bugs. Breakfast was decent, all of the staff we encountered were friendly."

"Lovely cottage, very clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and communicative. The place felt safe and there were plenty of supplies (dishes, silverware, sheets, towels, etc.). The bottle of wine was lovely to arrive to and delicious at the end of a long travel day. The only thing I would have changed is that I have a sensitivity to perfumes/fragrances, and I think the sheets and towels had been washed/dried with dryer sheets, which was too strong of a scent for me. My stay was short enough that I was able to work around it, but having a scent-free option for linens would be a nice option if I stayed here again. Thank you!"

"The house far exceeded my expectations. The hosts are amazing. It was clean and excellently maintained. We had a family of 5 adults and 4 children and we had lots of room to spread out. The beds are WONDERFUL. Fred and Marcie are the most gracious hosts. They took time to let our 4 grandkids feed their horses and go fishing in the pond. I would highly recommend staying at this amazing home."

"The place was really nice, although the fan was broken and there was no ac so it would get quite hot. The host came in to see the broken fan, and told us she’d get a new one, but she never ended up doing so and stopped communicating with us after that point. The hosts also live upstairs with a toddler that runs around, and when asked if they could quiet down late at night (past 10pm) she gave no response (nor any for the rest of the trip). Otherwise, the place was really nice. The wifi was great. The layout of the living space was well-done for a small space."

"Absolutely loved our stay. Such an interesting and quicky retro California ranch home! House was spotless, amazing views, really terrific property. We were in town for a golf tournament and it was a perfect location to get to the course easily. Fred was a fantastic host. Could not have been better. 5 stars!"

"Good value for the location, in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable enough for a short term stay but during my long term stay there were a few minor issues that made it less comfortable. As the listing mentioned, the unit is not completely isolated from the rest of the house so the sound will travel, but all was usually quiet enough. "
