They only ding I have is that if you are staying on the 2nd floor, there is only one stairway, which is down to the lobby. So it made for a very long walk when the car was right outside our window. They only service rooms every 2nd day (I think), which they didn't tell us when we checked in. Breakfast was above average for such places--fresh pico de gallo and real fruit was much appreciated.

Convenient for our travel plans. Room was big, nice setup. Unfortunately there was hair around the shower and toilet, I didn’t make a big deal but that stuck with me.. the linens and rooms looked and smelled clean. Pool is small, they say heated but doesn’t feel like it, it’s near the trees and bushes and had debris and bugs. Breakfast was decent, all of the staff we encountered were friendly.

We had a King Suite which was very spacious & provided a separate living room from bedroom. It came with a microwave & refrigerator. The location was easily accessible from the freeway but still very quiet. Parking was plentiful as the other businesses in the complex were empty & EV chargers were available on premises. The rooms were very clean & staff made every effort to meet your requests. Included breakfast was well above what is usually provided. There were scrambled eggs with over/o sausage, juices, cereal & bagels. Overall a very good deal that I would highly recommend.

This hotel is fine if you're watching your budget. However, my room smelled like mold. The only way to get rid of the smell was to blast the air/fan, which of course didn't mean I was getting rid of the mold. Also, the bathroom is really small with a shower that had black around where the glass met the shower bottom. Also, the fridge in my room was so noisy that I had to unplug it so that I could sleep. The free breakfast was fine, parking was fine, the pool was fine.

It was a small but clean room. The pool is very small, it only goes up to 4 ft, good for young children. The staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast in the morning made up for anything that was lacking. There was a great variety of food, fresh fruit & good coffee, included in the cost of the hotel. The location is great-not far from the freeway & in between San Jose, Los Gatos & just about a half an hour drive to Santa Cruz. Over all, it was a nice place to stay & I would stay there again.
