Our sheets weren't changed the full week we were there. Although I'm not sure if that's standard? Staff was very friendly! We would certainly go back or recommend to friends and family. "Second time staying. Hotel is very nice, and the outdoor pool was nice. Room could have used a swiffer duster real good, and the vent in the bathroom didn’t work, but it was nice overall."

"Ahhh this resort was a life saver! We mistakenly booked Indian head resort and once we checked in there- we couldn’t get out fast enough! The staff, amenities, beauty and resort overall were phenomenal! Thank you so much for being so wonderful to us during our stay!"

"Our room was clean, comfortable and had some character with a lake view balcony and gas fireplace. The only thing that was wrong was that the tv did not work correctly. It went in and out. If you were watching a show, you’d get about 2 sentences, and then it would go dark for about 5 seconds, and then back on. We didn’t report it at the time but we did leave a note. The only other complaint is that there was not good direction about things like where and what time breakfast was served or where the pools were located. Once we found the pool it was great, with a gorgeous view of the lake. You can walk down steps to a sandy beach from the pool, as well. We will be back. "
