"Stayed in the St Honorat Suite for 1 night, could here the guests upstairs at 1am and 7am being noisy, loose floor tiles in bathroom, toilet seat lacquer peeling off seat, there is a difference between rustic and repair, and this hotel clearly needs some TLC.

and sunbeds were a nice relaxing area but need your mosquitoe repellent. Receptionist located directly outside of room so all we could here from check in until we went out for dinner was her talking as walls are paper thin. Overpriced...

I received an email with instructions how to get in the accomodation, in good time and a curtesy call to confirm that i actualy received the email which was good.
