Hotel staff especially in Reception Armaan and the two ladies were exceptionally helpful.
Great location close to trams, train station, restaurants, bars, beach, casino, the square and more.
We will return.
The hotel is well kept and in a great, centralized location that was easy walking distance to everything. The staff was extemely friendly and helped with additional accomodations I needed. And the price was very fair.

Very convenient location near the train station (if you plan on hopping around to other towns). The hotel seems to have been renovated recently- clean design but absolutely zero sound proofing between the walls… staff was very friendly and overall it was a great stay - but I think the sound proofing definitely needs work.

The location is perfect, environment is clean and stylish decorated. Everything is fantastic, except the sound proof of the room is terrible. I can hear what the next door talking about clearly and I can even hear the snoring from the next room. 😅
Anyway, with the price in such perfect location and clean room. I think it’s worth of money. And I am still willing to stay again.
Melissa at the front desk was excellent. She went above and beyond to make sure my stay was pleasant.
The room was small but nice. The only issue is that it’s across the street from the train tracks. The noise isn’t too bad with the windows closed.
Great location—close to the train station, tram stop, supermarkets, and restaurants. However, it’s right next to the train tracks, so it can get noisy. The street outside can feel a bit sketchy at times with people hanging around, but I felt safe during my stay. The room is small, but for the price, it’s hard to complain.
Facilities and staff are great, hotel well located but in a somewhat sketchy area. Do not understand why they make you check in in advance if once you get there the whole process is repeated. Staff in reception made a big difference, they are excellent
This was a last minute stay booked due to an issue with our local Airbnb, but it was exactly what I needed - the room was small but perfectly comfortable and had everything I could want to relax and decompress. The only small caveat is that the walls are quite thin, so you can hear the conversations next door pretty clearly, but luckily I had quiet neighbours :) The thing that made this stay so good was Nina on reception - she was so kind, welcoming, and helpful - she is a real asset to the property and turned what would have been a fairly basic visit into something exceptional.
The staff were wonderful and friendly, we were allowed to have the room earlier as it was already fixed by noon. The airconditioning was great especially during the heat wave. The location is perfect, very near the tram and train station. Our room was facing the train track so some noise was expected but not too disturbing. Breakfast looked good but we didn’t eat in as we weren’t too hungry in the mornings. Will definitely stay again.
This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. The room was dirty and the staff seemed disorganized and unprepared. While the location near the station sounds convenient on paper, the street itself is a serious problem: the building next door appears to be a hub for drug activity, with addicts constantly coming and going. They gather in groups right at the hotel entrance and along the street, which makes the area feel genuinely unsafe, especially at night. It felt like tourists were being watched and targeted.
Between the room conditions and the sketchy surroundings, this hotel barely deserves 2 stars. I wouldn't recommend it, and I'd think twice about walking here alone after dark.
Location is perfect, staff were lovely - personally I won’t be staying here again, the walls are so thin you can hear an entire conversation thats happening in the room next to you.
I did speak to staff about this but it continued with both groups next to mine. The walls are just too thin and I value my sleep
