"Our 2nd year staying at this property. A lovely spacious well lit apartment with wonderful views of both the sea and mountains. The beach is 90 seconds away. Air conditioned, secure private parking space with key fob, two lifts to the fourth floor. Smart tv’s in all bedrooms. Double glazed for sound. Giovana manages the apartment on behalf of the owner and she is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. LouLou Pirate restaurant is 2km away on Cap Martin… a great treat but bring your larger wallet. ...

"Fantastic property and wonderful location. The private location is very secure and the air-conditioning was very welcome. The owner was away but his son looked after us during our stay. Communication was good and we would recommend this property. "

"Great place in the quiet town of Cagnes sur Mer. Train station a close walk away and easy to access for day trips to neighboring towns. Very clean and had a laundry that was extremely useful. "

"This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. Perfect for families. Owners are friendly and accommodating. It was a nice opportunity to talk to other guests, and lack of tv was a plus!"
