"The room advertised and what is there is deceiving. I would rather you show me a picture of a very small cabin and say its a small cabin with heating and running water. Let me know it is walking distance to the restaurant and the lake and picnic tables and a much better stay than a tent but at-least ill know what im taking my family to. I decided to go home and lost my money for that night but ut was a nice 3 plus hour drive for a lakeside picnic. Not all was a loss."

"We stayed here previously and returned because it’s spacious and reasonably priced in a beautiful snowy mountain setting. It works well for a family getaway, but there are some important things to know:Pros:-Spacious layout for groups-Beautiful location-Fair price for the sizeCons / Things to Be Aware Of:-No Wi-Fi (this should be made very clear in the listing)-Very limited TV channels and no streaming capability-Central heat does not work (fireplace and space heaters are provided, but it takes time to warm up—approximately 24 hours)-Could use a more thorough cleaningOverall, this is a good option if you’re prepared and for a more unplugged, rustic stay and understand the trade-offs."

"We loved this stay! The host, Sheila, was so kind, helpful, and welcoming. The house is very comfortable and fully stocked with everything multiple guests need. Loved how many towels and blankets there were, it came in handy during a very snowy week. It’s a solid 10/10 and we will be back! "

"The fireplace did not work, and despite reaching out through the messaging platform, we received no response. The bedrooms had extremely poor ventilation and became unbearably hot, forcing us to leave doors open, resulting in little sleep and no privacy.One bedroom turned out to be in the garage, which was not clearly disclosed. That room also had spiders, making it unusable. The kitchen stove did not function properly—one burner barely worked while another overheated—so we were forced to eat out for every meal.We were also charged 35 for just one hour of early check-in, which felt inflexible compared to most rentals. Basic supplies were lacking, and the property felt cheaply set up.After long days of skiing, this was not a comfortable place to return to. We were very disappointed and feel the property was not worth the price."

The place was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciated how attentive and friendly the hosts were.
