"Great location near the station. Check in was not as friendly as other hotels in Japan, partly due to the use of tablets and a self checkin style approach . Reception was very unhelpful with organising our luggage to be delivered to our next hotel, providing only the bare essential information and we had to fill out the Japanese form ourselves and contact the recieving hotel ourselves which was poor compared to other hotels later on our trip. Also the room was tiny. Not recommended"
