"Lovely hotel. Spacious rooms - especially for Japan! "

"This hotel of over 900 rooms has about 5 washing machines and dryers for the whole building. I had experienced the clothing taking over 2 and a half hours to dry, when I pointed this out the staff, they made me feel like it was my fault and they took no accountability for this. Although the building is nice overall, I would not stay here again."

"The shuttle to Disney helped out a lot, they had good amenities. We had a week long stay and cleaned once, which I preferred. They came in daily to empty the trash out and give us new bath towels and pjs. We didn’t use the pjs or foot massage so I can’t speak on those. Over all enjoyed the stay. "

"This was a nice place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a lot of options for breakfast and it was very close to shops, bus stops and train stations. I booked a quad room so me and my 2 friends had extra room. Beds were nice, pillows were a bit hard tho."
