"Great hotel"

"It was very neatly presented when we walked in exhausted from the day walking , going on trains &carrying about 6 Heavey bags … and there were shops underneath that were last minute souvenirs and super close to the airport and train station so it was pretty nice and I highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay if you are going to the airport / train station. The view over the river was beautiful,We give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-very good "

"Largest room we had in Tokyo area. Airport shuttle was wonderful. Staff was very friendly and understood most English. My only compliment is the beds were soooooo hard. My hips complained all night. "

"Friendly staff but rooms were hot as a sauna. No air conditioning and the sign indicated so not open windows. Pillows were so old they had clumps of foam. Difficult sleep to no sleep prior to flying. Shuttle was great to airport and left at great times"

"Room was very outdated. No charger or power outlet at one of the beds. AC was inop and windows don’t open so very hot even during the colder night"
