"This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm in the United States so I stayed in three of the room types offered. initially I was with my brother so we upgraded to a twin room on the east side of the building. This room was spacious with desk space two beds. When my brother left I down graded to a single bed room on the east side, the bed was bigger but the room was considerably smaller but still great for one person. This room did not have the best view out of the window. I then moved to a single in the main building and this room was similar to the single on the east side just seemed a little more updated with a better view. All rooms had electric tea kettle, mini fridge, and desk lamp. These are the normal things but the rooms are thoughtfully made with lighting controlled at the bed console that allows for tons of ways to set the perfect mood for how you are feeling. They provide shower caps, brushes, hair ties, q tips, and razors standard. Great liquid soap and the showers are well laid out with immediate hot water with a numbered dial for temperature. The hotel is close to multiple subway stations and close to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc…. I would stay here again if it stayed in my budget."

"Super convenient location! Easy access from Terminal 3 of HND. I always stay here when I visit Japan from the US. No connection on the same day. Onsen & breakfast buffe are excellent. Room is smaller, but functional. Nice bed (maybe hard for some). Most staff speak in English. "

"Convenient spot right across from Shinagawa Station, rooms are clean and staff are frenly. Hence am back to stay here for another 7 nites when my trip to Saporro Was cancelled due to bad weather situation. "

"Our room was good sized, especially since rooms in Japan are typically much smaller than the United States. The hotel had a floor with washer/drying machines and a microwave. We had an excellent view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building which has light projections at night. The hotel had a 711, restaurants, shops and some art displays to enjoy. The airport limousine bus stops directly at the hotel, which was a perk when booking our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and stay at again."
