"Room was clean and spacious. Very nice bathroom and the room was quiet and comfortable. Having the washing machine and small kitchen facilities was a great idea. Easy walking distance to major interest points. Breakfast was fine. The staff professional and friendly and went out of their way to asst with any questions or problems. Would highly recommend "

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't to my liking however so I used the free machine instead"
