It was on a quiet street and still close enough to the main sites of Kanazawa that you could walk to anything in about 20 minutes, or take the bus on the bus loop from the nearby stop. Would definitely stay here again."

"An amazing experience. I felt like I had been sent back in time to rural Japan. Tatami floors and a historic old world feel. Great price. It is an old home so it can get drafty. There are lots of heaters, but bring warm clothes if you come in a cold season. Perfect location. Literally one block from the historic town center. And it's right next to the morning street market.
