"This is a love hotel which is used as a business hotel too. I'm a media coordinator and I often have to place foreign guests in hotels according to their budget. Well this hotel exceeded my expectations. The price is relative low and has parking (very rare in Tokyo) the rooms are huge for Japanese standards and spotless clean. You have all the frivolities of a love hotel, jacuzzi, free condoms, lots of video channels, skincare products, a nice big bed, a karaoke machine, a computer in your room...

"The pros are the property is very clean, modern and the management was responsive and let us drop our suitcases off before check-in. The cons were we had to log out heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs (no elevator), it was a bit of a walk to the train station & services. The worst was there was no spare toilet paper so we had to purchase more. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Close to the metro and easy to travel around the city, smaller than in the pictures, and doesn't have an elevator. Overall, great for convenience and kitchen/laundry amenities. "

"Unfortunately, the owner abandons his residents when problems arise. I would not recommend this apartment. The owner gave the wrong number to the lockbox, and after a long flight, I spent over two hours outside trying to find a solution, asking neighbors for help, but to no avail. I couldn't reach the owner because I was using an overseas cell phone, and the phone calls I made added up to a huge amount of money that they wouldn't refund."

"Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. But you do get used to it. "
