"Great location - easy walking distance to train station and shuttle bus to the airport. Clean rooms. Well-trained staff in speaking foreign languages in front desk. Breakfast buffet is a little chaotic given it is a big hotel with many people coming to eat. We had a good time and will stay in this hotel again if visited Sapporo."

"Loved this place! Rooms are amazing and the photos don’t do it justice. We had breakfast and dinner included and it was next level. Very traditional Japanese menu and so luxe! Staff were so friendly and accommodating as we had our 4 month old with us. The three onsens to choose from makes this place a must try!"

"I had the unfortunate experience when I checked in that I did not have a reservation. On checking the booking it was found that it was made for one month earlier than intended. Accordingly I had to pay again. Whether it was my fault or not I do not know but apparently I have no chance of receiving a refund."

"Good location just outside Sapporo’s covered street. Enjoyed the service. I needed help with another hotel and Antony was kind enough to call for me and sort out my issue. Clean, spacious and good views of the mountain. It has lots of convenience stores around including one in the hotel. Parking is free when you stay there too, very convenient. I will definitely consider coming back if I return to Sapporo. The only downside if there’s one is that you need to pay for the onsen but I did enjoy it."
