"Very nice apartment, TV in master bedroom was sporadic on video, comes and goes. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator. No problem for us but could be for people having difficulty with steps, especially if you have a heavy suitcase. Well equipped and comfortable. Excellent location overlooking the beautiful lagoon, just steps from the beach."

"We enjoyed being so close to the beach for a reasonable price. The 2nd floor unit gave us a nice angled view of the sunrise over the water. We liked being away from the crowds, but yet close enough to easily get to the action. We would recommend this place to others who are looking for what is described above."

"Traveled here with my 12 and 17 year olds and we had the best time. The condo was beautiful and clean. Pool and beach access were convenient. The only inconvenience was that the unit was on the third floor and there weren’t any elevators to transport luggage and all the beach gear, but the memories we made far outweigh any inconvenience. Wonderful place to relax and connect with loved ones."

"I stayed here with my wife and two 1 year old boys for a long weekend. The two bedroom/two bathroom set up was perfect for us. It is a short walk to the beach BUT the beach is not necessarily what most would think of as a nice, relaxing beach, especially during low tide in the morning. The water at low tide was super far out and it was more just rocks/sand/mud without much of an area to layout your belongings. "The property was nice my daughter didnt care for the beach , the two rwin beds were not comfortable they squeak . There is a cleaning fee so i didnt feel like we needed to wash towels but it was fine . Next time i will look forva place within walking distance from shoppping"

"The condo was immaculate. The furnishings, mattresses , kitchen supplies were what you would have in your own home. Close to the beach with everything you needed. Communication with Chris far exceeded our expectations. He was always 2 steps ahead. We would most definitely recommend this property and will stay there if we return to Hilton Head."

"This house is very spacious with lots of rooms. There are 2 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a third half bathroom. The location allows for easy access to very many places to visit including the Spring Lake recreation center where the pool, lazy river and splash pad is located. There are many restaurants near by as well as grocery stores and shopping outlets. The host is very responsive and so very helpful providing information not only about the house but things to do and places to see. The...
