When I booked with Expedia, when prompted about special needs, I specifically asked for a handicap accessible room with a roll away bed. "This is the perfect location for exploring downtown Charlotte. We were there for a show at the Spectrum Center..it was a 5 minute walk. It's surrounded by clubs, restaurants, art, etc and never had to get in my car. The valet parking was great. The cookies are amazing. Rooms are clean, loved the shower. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again. "
