"Real value for your dollar. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and well maintained. Fire pit, corn, grill, pool and hot tub. What more could you ask for! We will be staying here again!"

"Friendly staff and main part of hotel appeared cleaner than the room. The room we stayed in needed a serious deep clean. The room smelled like stale cigarettes and smelly feet. We opened the window but there were no screens. The carpet was very stained and likley the cause of the smell. It needs to be shampooed or replaced. I kept my socks on to walk around the room. The sheets were clean but the bedspreads were both stained with what looked like oil. Huge cobweb on the ceiling/wall that's been there a while. We were looking forward to using the pool but it was closed with caution tape. We wanted snacks from vending machine but it was completely empty except for 1 bag of chips. No thanks."

"There are no amenities. The pool hasn’t been working for 6 years. There is no breakfast. One ice machine in main building. Do not recommend."

"Perfectly cozy cabin with beautiful views! It was the perfect base camp for exploring, it had everything we needed. The couch and bed were very comfortable, perfect for curling up after a long day of hiking. The cabin was clean and well organized. We're already planning a return trip in warmer weather!"

"Even during renovations, this is one of my and my wife's favorite places to stay. We've been there multiple times going back over the past 20 years. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. Due to the renovations we were given a room upgrade that was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and responsive. The food was outstanding. My only regret is that people don't dress for an elegant dinner like they used to. My wife and I and one other couple were dressed for the occasion. But that's not the hotel's fault."

"This is our fourth time staying . It’s very convenient for us as far as location. The place is a little outdated, but the view from the gazebo in the back is gorgeous."

"Went during the winter time, so there was not a lot of activities, obviously. Extremely limited with food options. Not a whole lot to choose from for light options on the menu in the main hotel."

"Quick overnight stay on a hiking weekend. Big callout to the owner go goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. For the price this is an amazing choice."
