"We booked/ paid for this house and when we called for check in process, we were told that the host lives in the house. The host acted as if the listing was taken off vrbo and they didn't know about the booking. I asked about a refund then and they seemed like it wouldn't be an issue. "Great location for visiting Cooperstown. Centrally located and in walking distance of the Baseball Hall of Fame and shops and restaurants. Room was very clean and well kept. Parking was very convenient off the street so you didn't have to worry about looking fo parking if you left the area. Would definitely stay again."
