It was convenient, but the central bar was closed and the whole property was a bit tired and very empty. The shower in our bathroom was lovely

The property is very old and whole hallway has a special smell, the internet connection was really bad, the technician told me that this is because I have cell phone and laptop from country.

The room was hot and the airconditioning was not effective. Otherwise super convenient although the hotel could provide better directions. Googlemaps is hopelessly inaccurate and was not much help. The hotel didn’t provide tea bags so remember to byo.

The location is very convenient. The reception did something wrong entry, when I mentioned about that, he guided us, but when I said "thanks", he didn't reply anything.

Its a convenient location if you want to stay short term during a layover for the next flight. rooms are small but it is fine since it is a short stay. Most concerning were the low hanging lights on either size of the bed. Children could easily jump and hang off them. Luckily our kids didn't do that. Most annoying would be the shower. It takes a long time to get hot water. You have to wait like 5-8mins until hot water comes. I suppose if you stayed for few nights, you can turn on water early. I wish the Hotel provided a map on how to get to walk there from the airport terminals. It was a bit confusing and took us while to figure it out when we came out. Unfortunately airport arrivals doesn't provide signs and Baidu maps wasn't that clear either.

Good Location but house keeping can do much better. Lighting in the lifts is too dim and makes the place feel dark. Carpet in the communal area stinks so could do with a good clean up. Carpet in the room could also do with a clean up. A kettle without Coffee, Tea Bags or milk is useless. And finally that lengthy compensation list isn’t ideal for a small room.

5 minutes walk from international arrivals gate, very convenient. Staff at from desk is very friendly and helpful. Room is small but it’s okay for a short stay

Perfect location at PVG airport. The only miss was that the window did not close properly which caused a little noise. Hotel staff is doing their best however their command of english language is limited.
