The hotel truly shines in cleanliness and amenities, making our stay exceptional. Our room offered a stunning river view from a high floor, and its prime location made exploring the area a breeze. Although we encountered a minor issue during check-in, it did not lessen our overall enjoyment. A special shout-out to Horace, the bellboy, whose assistance with our luggage made our visit even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to return next time!

The room was good wi-fi excellent air conditioning excellent room cleaning excellent unfortunately the area is not good for walking the footpaths are full of electric scooters bip bip all the time just push there way through you cannot go for a peaceful walk in this area plenty of good family restaurants good food good price pity about this area so busy with scooters and trolleys full of bundles of clothes being delivered every where all day everyday day if I go back to Gaungzhou I will not stay...

Good service and nice hotel

We arrived in Guangzhou and headed to a hotel we had booked weeks before our arrival. What we saw was significantly different from what we had seen! So we cancelled our reservation and started the search. We visited 2 other hotels and then, there was Element!!! The staff were great and even helped us get good rates for the double room.
