"The room was very large and clean. The location was the best and a five minute walk to anywhere. Breakfast was not included in my reservation so cannot talk about that, but there were so many cafés around. The parking situation was the best and the most convenient because it was just there next to the hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful, and I definitely suggest this hotel to whoever is interested to travel to Seville."

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded to a pool room. The room and roof top was huge, plenty of relaxing by the pool was had.
The place has great common areas, comfy chairs and a small honesty bar.
Breakfast was filling for a continental one. Muesli, fruit, juice, tea/coffee, warm croissant and toast. More than enough for the day ahead.
Hotel is in some old beautiful buildings, a quick walk to all the sites.
Would definitely stay again

The location is amazing, walking distance to the Alcazar, the Cathedral, almost all the main sites, so you can easily take a siesta from the insane afternoon heat.
Room was spacious as well.
In terms of how clean/maintained it is, the single seater sofa still had leftover crumbs on the crevices from hopefully the previous guest. Towels were very thin.

Amazing facility that transports you into another era. Staff is very friendly and warm. We were pleasantly surprised by upgrade we received and it was lavish.

Driving up to this grand residence was amazing, we were not disappointed, beautiful exterior and interior, really took us back to the old days, our rooms were comfortable and clean, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and we dined at the restaurant which was pleasant, we had been driving from Italy down so we didn't rate the food as well but still overall good. Amazing pool as we were there in July so very hot, and we welcomed a swim looking up to this majestic castle, could do with a...

The hotel is good located in the old city near to the Cathedral. The staff is very helpful, too. The breakfast is money for the value. We enjoyed the flamenco show nextdoor.

Exceeded expectations. Checking in and out was very easy, rooms were great value and the hotel itself is beautiful. Clean, minimalist and understated decor (I chose this hotel because of that). Location-wise Seville isn't huge so you can walk anywhere and this is quite central, 10 minutes to most places. Highlight were the staff though, every one of them were friendly and accomodating especially Antonio, who was lovely enough to share with me a lot of his knowledge of local food. Thank you!

Nice hotel, unfortunately could only find two staff members that attempted to be helpful.
On arrival I asked at the front desk for a map, was given a photocopy.
Later I was given an original by another staff member and noticed all English had been removed on the photocopy
One thing to be unhelpful, another to be difficult

This is a beautiful hotel with a huge room right in the heart of the city. The hop on hop off bus stops near the hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was beautiful with a seperate lounge area. 15 minute walk to all attractions. Only downside was it was pretty noisy at night due to its location above a large bar/tapas area. A fantastic stay!! We will be back for sure!!

Hotel is converted convent, so of historical interest to us. Not modern but excellent conversion to hotel. Plain but very comfortable. Easy walk to bus station (if you don't mind cobbled streets), and great access to old town, cafes, bars, restaurants. Tea/coffee making facilities in lounge. Staff extremely helpful.

Beautifully restored, this hotel was pleasing in so many ways: it was within the historical precent; walking distance to sites; professional and friendly staff; quiet lounge to unwind with complementary coffee and orange liqueur ; suitable breakfast choices and spacious rooms.
I highly recommend you buy the almond cake and liqueur when you leave as they both are delicious!
