"Found the Hotel on Expedia and was beyond Happy .The pictures do not do it justice.It is Beautiful. We arrived and meet Jorge...we upgraded our room to the 9th floor Suite. It is more like your own apartment and the view from the terrace is Amazing!The Spa was wonderful...Valentina,Amalia & Ricardo are great!My daughter and I had the best massage! The morning breakfast buffet is Awesome!So much to choose from and the food is fantastic. Sara the Manager is so wonderful and takes care of you and anything you may need.William at the 2nd floor desk is Great also.Ahmad,Igor and Javier take such good care of you when you arrive and during your stay. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. The location is Perfect!We had an amazing week here in Beautiful Madrid. We will be back for sure."

The rooms were spotless and was really impressed with the size of the room, also had a great view of the plaza. Great choice of breakfast options. Good location, metro right outside. All in all a very comfortable stay and would recommend "
