"The rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The water pressure was weak and the hot water was not very hot. Luckily we enjoyed the thermal pools to warm up in the cool weather. The staff at all encounters were friendly and gave wonderful service. The food at the pool bar and indoor restaurant did not disappoint and was less expensive than restaurants we enjoyed around the area. "
