"Clean and quiet property. Awesome staff!"

"We checked out on 3/20/26 and have yet to receive the refund of our deposit. I called multiple times, was told to text my information and the receipt and was promised a call back and have not received any calls back. When I call it just rings and goes to voicemail. I was told that if they paid my deposit with cash, I would receive it back the next day, but I chose to pay with my credit card instead and I’m glad I did because upon check out the office was closed and I had to slide my key through the window, so nobody would have even been available to give me the cash back. At this point I have disputed the charge with my bank. The rooms are renovated and clean , but the outside of the property is still very much under construction. We didn’t spend much time on the property , but overnight it was a bit noisy while trying to sleep, one of the other guests was playing loud music. I’m glad we only stayed there for 1 night. Probably would not stay again in the future because I shouldn’t have these issues trying to be refunded a deposit never had these issues anywhere else. "

"The air conditioning is the only decent thing about this place was given a second room after I checked into the first and showed the lady 3 of the roaches we spotted out of a hole in the wall of room 133 bottom floor. Got the 2nd room a day in water starts to leak out of the wall in room 201 2nd floor. When we checked in the service was terrible no one was at the counter. When we checked out our deposit of 20.60 was not refunded. "

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The bed was cozy, and everything was set up in a way that made it easy to relax after a long day. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay. I would definitely consider coming back."

"I enjoyed pretty much everything about this hotel. It was clean, the rooms were enormous. And because of the presence of New Braunfels Police Departments, it was very safe. The employees were crazy nice. Almost like it was too good to be true. Their only downfall is they charge for parking. Their sister location doesn’t. That’s it!! Lol"

"Good location to walk to Frost Bank Arena to see a game. Hotel was in good condition but could hear every door close in my room even though I was on the 4th floor. I think that the construction of this hotel was not done with the best materials for reducing sound. "

"The food was good. On the weekend they serve hot food: scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc. On weekdays they only have cold foods and waffles. You better get down there earl enough, once the food is gone, even if it is before the quitting time for breakfast, it is gone."
