"We had a great time here! The kids spent so much time in the pool, and the bedroom with the bunk beds was great for all of the children to sleep in.Kitchen is large and fully stocked with all of the appliances, pots, pans, and utensils you could ever need.We appreciated having 2 washers and dryers also. The house was clean and had plenty of towels which is always helpful.Close to downtown Seguin which was pleasant to walk around and visit the stores. Also you must visit the Burnt Bean for BBQ. The line can be long but it is worth it at least once!Would definitely recommend if you want a house you can just hang out in and spend time with friends or family."

"This was my first Air B&B rental as I have always stayed in hotels but I wanted something that felt more like being at home while on vacation and I did. With hotel rooms you're limited to a bed and 1 chair but this property made me feel like I was in my home away from home. Everything was nice and cozy."

"House was clean. Lots of room for us. We have 11 people. This listing claims to be "pet friendly" but when you look further into it, they do not want your pets on their furniture. And if you leave your pet and go out, they want you to Kennel your pet. I would call this "pet tolerant" at best. Then the light shining out of the bathroom in the front shows you all kinds of pet hair. So if this is a hard and fast rule, I wish the cleaning crew would make a better effort to see that all pet hair is removed.I was supposed to be credited some money because there were not enough toilet paper."

"We rented this house to spend some time with family in the local area. First, it is in the perfect location, only minutes from all things in Seguin. The home was located in a quiet cove on the river. The home was great and up to date. It is a very spacious place if you have multiple people in your party. The hosts were very helpful and informative. We hope that this home is available during our next visit!!"

"We had an amazing stay. The property was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Our family spent most of our time relaxing by the pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They also had a great time kayaking in the river behind the property.The guys enjoyed fishing and even caught a bass and a catfish during our stay, which made the trip even more memorable. It was the perfect place for everyone to unwind, spend quality family time together, and enjoy the outdoors.The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making everything easy and stress-free. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!"
