Our room was in very nice condition with comfortable beds and a lot of space. Check-in was great, as we were given a free upgrade since we were off-season. We were able to use the pools, which were in very good condition.

We were really surprised upon our arrival to the loft that my husband reserved. I usually make the reservations and we stay in a smaller room. However, he said the price was the same for the room as it was for the loft. Everything was exceptional! We were able to walk down to the river and walk around downtown. The room itself was extremely clean and looked brand new. We had a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, a balcony that overlooked the river and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. They were BOTH gorgeous! It’s a shame that it was only my husband and myself that got to enjoy this loft.

Front desk staff VERY nice and accommodating. Our 2bed/2bath had 2 dying roaches and some tiny ants around sinks and tubs, but given the frigid temp drop that occured we weren't suprised. Wish they had provided a dish sponge or scrubber since they provided dishwasher tabs and dish soap. Kitchen utensils and pans were sparse. Balconies were lovely with lots of seating and the views were amazing.
