"It is in a property in the middle of nature, surrounded by beautiful green plains, the place felt like a big home, cozy, the room very comfortable, and very clean; the bathroom has a big beautiful tub and also a rain shower. The breakfast was perfect with fresh orange juice, fresh baguette and soft buttery eggs! I already booked another night. "
"An absolutely lovely hotel in a great location and with a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. We loved our stay here - especially the nice touches like free fizzy water and coffee in the lobby. "We stayed at The Plaza Hotel Capitole for 2 nights in early September and loved it. The location in the center of Toulouse was great. After parking our car in the Capitole Square parking lot we walked everywhere during our stay. We found the staff to be very friendly, professional, and helpful. The facilities were very clean, and comfortable. My only wish was that there were brighter "daylight" LED lights in the lamps to provide a brighter room.
Note: We found that the parking ramp (1 Place du Capitole) is somewhat of a
busy pedestrian challenge to get to, but following the directions given to us by the hotel staff got us there)
Should we visit Toulouse again, we will stay at the Plaza Hotel Capitole again."
"Very convenient for the train station (literally across the road) & the bus station (just a little further away) which suited me & then really easy to walk anywhere in the city. Staff were all friendly & helpful e.g. storing my bag at the beginning & end of my stay, to fit around my travel times. "

"Amazing air conditioning which was much needed given the heatwave. Just a one night stop ahead of a morning flight but room was quiet, rooftop bar was a nice place for an evening drink. Kids loved the table tennis. "
"The front desk person Ilthat was there when U arrived did not gave me all the information I needed for my stay. I got a room close to the cafeteria so it was noisy in the morning, the walls are not sound proof. I had no hot water in my room. I did not mind because it was super hot outside and I was only stayin for a night. The front desk did not told me that they are at the desk 24h. So when I came back from my walk around midnight, the door was close. I see that we have to ring, I rang but no one answer. Since im not from here I thought that I had a time limit to be out. There was a phone number indicated and i tried to call but it did not work. Then 15 min later the front desk guy arrive because i kept ringing in panic thinking i will spend the night outside. I told him that it is a basic information to give to the customer so they wont worried. Also, we have to pay a 100 euro deposit that will be giving back when we check out. he also did not mentioned that i had to keep the receipt to get my refund when i check out...
Its cheap for a night, and around every attraction in toulouse but i would not stay there for more than 2 days. "
