The incompetent people who run the parking off site are a disgrace. Their lift is frequently out of service as are their ticketing machines. "I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable "
