I had an issue with the metro line shut down in Paris and ended up missing my train south. I contacted the hotel and they said they could give me a discount on another night instead but when I got there a few days later they didn’t honor that promise. They just gave me free breakfast. And the breakfast was not very impressive. The location is great and Toulouse is a nice city, but I would suggest staying somewhere else more honorable

Chambre très propre et confortable. Accueil très agréable. Grand balcon donnant sur la rue. Je vais toujours dans cet hôtel lors de mes déplacements. L'hôtel a in bon rapport qualité-prix. Le seul defaut, c'est la proximité du marché et du parking.

The front desk person Ilthat was there when U arrived did not gave me all the information I needed for my stay. I got a room close to the cafeteria so it was noisy in the morning, the walls are not sound proof. I had no hot water in my room. I did not mind because it was super hot outside and I was only stayin for a night. The front desk did not told me that they are at the desk 24h. So when I came back from my walk around midnight, the door was close. I see that we have to ring, I rang but no one answer. Since im not from here I thought that I had a time limit to be out. There was a phone number indicated and i tried to call but it did not work. Then 15 min later the front desk guy arrive because i kept ringing in panic thinking i will spend the night outside. I told him that it is a basic information to give to the customer so they wont worried. Also, we have to pay a 100 euro deposit that will be giving back when we check out. he also did not mentioned that i had to keep the receipt to get my refund when i check out... Its cheap for a night, and around every attraction in toulouse but i would not stay there for more than 2 days.

Reserve pour 1 nuit donc nous avons bien dormi et bien pour cours sejour . La chambre devrait etre remis au gout du jour retirer la moquette et douche un peu plus grande.

Chambre proche de toutes commodités

Les personnes de l'accueil sont très attentionnées et serviables. La literie est confortable et, gros plus, il y a la clim! Par contre, les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement (chambre 105 (non PMR): la salle de bain doit être traitée contre les moisissures au plafond et sur la faïence de la baignoire, la cuvette des toilettes est fendue et mériterait d'être changée; chambre 315 que j'avais la semaine précédente : la cuvette était aussi fendue et la prise au chevet gauche du lit ne fonctionnait pas.).

Das Hotel befindet sich sehr zentral mit vielen guten Restaurants im Umfeld. Leider ist der Teppichboden im Lift und Zimmer ekelig. Angenehm war der Balkon. Die Dusche hatte einen so hohen Einstieg, dass ich kaum rein kam undbeim Ausstieg gestürzt bin. Mein Freund hatte ein Zimmer mit Badewanne, und war zufrieden.

Yes, I booked an inexpensive (cheap) room, so I was not expecting a palace, and a friend who stayed at a different location said it was fine. Nothing could have prepared me for the sight of the filthy (filthy!) carpet. Or the smell, like someone had spent a week boiling corn in the room.

Chambre vétuste et bruyante au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur une cour technique (rack à linges, climatisations...). Moquette répugnante, pas de lampe de chevet, peinture sale, Sanibroyeur qui se met en route seul tous les quarts d'heure, bruit du couloir. Expérience déprimante

De passage sur Toulouse en famille nous avons logé à l’ours blanc. L’accueil y est chaleureux et précautionneux de jour comme de nuit! L’hôtel en lui même est dans son jus comme on dirait en immobilier mais va bientôt bénéficier d’un coup de jeune nous a t’on dit. La literie était bonne, la chambre propre. Seule excentricité de la chambre pour ceux qui chérissent leur intimité la porte de la sdb/wc est battante et ajourée. Mais globalement cela reste d’un bon qualité prix vu sa bonne localisation. Merci à l’équipe pour son accueil et sa prévenance. Belle continuation et à bientôt peut être

Dans l'ensemble c est bien mais dans la douche il n y avait pas de rideau or cest élémentaire et la moquette etait mouillée du fait d'une infiltration d'eau. Les portes ni les murs ne sont insonorisés . Mobilier vieillissant et litrie bruyante mais personnel gentil et endroit stratégique.
