This was a really fun place to stay - in a university! Right in the action of a cool area, 2 min walk to the trams, great cafes and restaurants nearby, the city Centre a short walk. Clean, easy, quiet, comfortable - so good we stayed an extra night. And Toulouse is a great city.

Friendly staff with quick to get information. Cheap parking and the location good walkable to city center and many restaurants around. Breakfast also cheap and big enough option for that price. Only negative side was that some dishes were not so cleaned from the visitors before me or longer. Not sure if staff controls the situation.

This place offers a clean, modern, comfortable room - for a traveler without an automobile. It is located in the middle of a college campus and it is operated as though it is intended to instruct students in the hospitality business. But the campus is surrounded by challenging, skinny, mostly one-way streets. So don’t expect to pull up to the hotel front door - there is none on the street. You’ll have to find a place to park your car and walk into the campus to get a key and garage door fob - a task that is exceedingly difficult, particularly after dark. And, to check out, you’ll again have to find parking on the street before returning the fob, since the garage door does not open automatically when approached from the inside. So, in order to park in the hotel garage, you’ll have to park your car on the street at least twice, coming and going. Finally, as with many university dorm rooms, there is no air conditioning, only heating.

Parking is easy and then you can walk everywhere.

We chose this accommodation due to its proximity to the metro, town centre, parking and the municipal stadium for the Rugby. It scored highly in all regards.

The hotel is part of the university and difficult to get to with the one way system in Toulouse. Definitely read the instructions with the booking as this will help. An okay hotel which is functional with a spacious but uninspiring room.

Struttura per studenti con stanze per turisti. Stanza molto grandi fornite con piccolo cucinino discretamente attrezzato. Purtroppo le finestre non si potevano aprire, solo una a vasistas, con qualche centimetro, che però bisogna chiudere quando si mette la tenda. Solo un piccolo lucernario permette un minimo di passaggio d'aria. Insopportabile in estate, davvero soffocante. I corridoi con vetrate non apribili creano un effetto serra . Un po' scomodo l'accesso, perché alle 20.00 chiudono un cancello laterale e bisogna fare un giro inutile per raggiungere i mezzi. Colazione molto misera, pochi prodotti industriali. La cosa peggiore è la rumorosità dell'impianto elettrico e di una minuscola ventola in cucina, che danno davvero fastidio per chi è Abituato a dormire in silenzio
