"The public toilet at reception was not clean at all. Lot of flies in the breakfast area. We booked room for 3 and there was one table fan. It was hot. Needed to ask for table fan for each guest."

"We had a great room and view of Interlaken. Weather was very hot, room needed air conditioning. I was advised to use the fan. Later found out another guest had same issue and was offered air con on 5th floor. While a issue highlighted above, staff were very nice. We needed a plug socket converter as our two pin would not fit due to the socket shape. All provided free by hotel............just return on leaving. Thank you."
